How It Works

InterWeave’s new Pre-Configured Integration Solutions provide a bi-directional synchronization between your Salesforce and QuickBooks that allows end users the opportunity to see their QuickBooks data in Salesforce, and Salesforce users can create the corollary transactions in QuickBooks, eliminating double entry and giving salespeople direct visibility into their Accounts financial status. Users have the ability to choose uni or bi-directional synchronization object level; Items in QuickBooks can be a Master over Products in Salesforce, and Accounts in Salesforce can be Master over Customers in QuickBooks. Synchronization time intervals are set by you, dictating how frequently the sync occurs at object level.

Payment Data Tokenization

InterWeave and Authorize.net Customer Information Manager (CIM) now work together to tokenize and store your customers’ sensitive payment information on Authorize.net’s secure servers, simplifying your PCI DSS compliance as well as the payments process for returning customers and recurring transactions.

How InterWeave and CIM work together

The CIM supports customer profiles that include billing, payment and shipping information. Each profile is stored on Authorize.net’s secure servers and assigned an ID that is used in place of all customer information. Each customer profile can include up to 10 payment profiles and up to 100 shipping profiles. You can now manage customer profiles and issue transactions manually or automatically from within your CRM Account and Opportunity/Quote/Object page. The hosted CIM option further alleviates the scope and complexity of PCI DSS compliance. It provides a way for you to establish a hosted connection with Authorize.net that allows the exchange of sensitive cardholder data to happen completely on their secure servers, automated by InterWeave, directly from your CRM.

InterWeave Smart Solutions adopts QRemote QODBC from FlexQuarters

We’ve been working with FlexQuarters for over a year now testing their new QuickBooks Connector – QRemote. We are pleased to announce we are deploying this as our defacto Connector for all our QuickBooks customers. What is QRemote? Read here:

64 and 32 bit worlds are kept totally separate in the Microsoft Windows Operating System. QuickBooks is a 32 bit application, so in order to communicate with it, a 32 bit ODBC driver is required. Since a 64bit application cannot talk to a 32 bit driver, we have to do a bit of magic to get the worlds to connect, we call it QRemote. QRemote works as a bridge between 64Bit Applications and the 32 Bit QODBC Driver by communicating data calls between the two worlds using TCP/IP protocol. QRemote makes it possible for 64 bit Web Servers and 64 Bit applications to talk to QuickBooks live for the first time via the QODBC Driver. QRemote has two components “QRemote Client Driver for QODBC” and “QRemote Server for QODBC”. QRemote Client Driver: Allows 64 Bit Applications to connect to QRemote Client and sends the requests to QRemote Server for Processing. QRemote Server: Processes requested instruction from QRemote Client to QuickBooks using QODBC Driver.

What this means for our customers is one vendor supporting both the external connection and internal processing in their QuickBooks when an InterWeave Transaction is being processed. Stronger connection, better processing and one vendor support. Doesn’t get any better.
