InterWeave has been crucial to our financial visibility

InterWeave quickly assisted us in identifying what solution would be best for us. This meant starting us out at a level that allowed us to automate our process in SFDC, with minimal cost. The support was fabulous. I was able to resolve issues regarding our financial application quicker than going to the actual application’s support. They took care of the implementation but kept us part of it every step of the way so we could be self sufficient. As we identified additional needs they have been there to advise us.

Overall, I would recommend them. They have been outstanding in their support and never tire of our many questions!

We are rapidly growing residential remodeling company in Charlottesville VA. We are implementing Salesforce and InterWeave QB integration as I write this review. Thus far, the team at Interweave has been very responsive to questions and concerns as we get to know how all of this will integrate. More impressive has been the dedication of the technical team to understand our business processes and desired outcomes before proceeding with configuration. Rather than just wanting to “check the boxes on the configuration sheet” so they can do set up, they genuinely are interested in first understanding the business processes before proceeding. They have provided options for configuration and collaborated well with our Salesforce implementation partner. So far, amazing! 5 Star Rating.

OFS of course, signed up with InterWeave Smart Solutions

I am the bookkeeper for Office Furniture Service (OFS) and the person that uses this program in a daily basis. OFS have been using Salesforce for about (8) years and when they recommended Interweave for the integration between Salesforce and Quickbooks. OFS of course, signed up with InterWeave. The integration have not been as easy as everybody will like everything to be but after the expected glitches, temporary integration bugs, I have to say that Interweave works for me.. There is always issues that can trigger off the integration not to work properly, but the team at InterWeave Bruce Magown &.Dmytro Zotkin have been very helpful and have resolved my issues accordingly.. The program has its limitation, but I am sure the team at InterWeave is working to make their program reach higher standards.

InterWeave Smart Solutions – SugarCRM Product Group Automation Feature

New Feature Update for InterWeave SugarCRM Users.

As of today, you can create QuickBooks Transactions in SugarCRM that are using Product Groups as Line Items.

A Product Group in QuickBooks is mapped to a Product Group in a SugarCRM Quote. Product groups in QuickBooks are then created automatically if required. A SugarCRM Quote field can be used to determine whether QB Transaction contains regular Items or Group Items.
